Refund Policy

Because all printed products are custom-made, refunds cannot be issued once a design has been approved and sent into production. By approving your artwork or proof, you acknowledge that the design is final and authorized for printing.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed products, sale items, clearance merchandise, or gift cards.

Orders that have not yet entered production may be eligible for cancellation and refund. Approved refunds for unfulfilled orders will be issued less a 6% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

Reprint Policy

At OJ Clothing & Printing, every order is produced specifically for each customer. If you experience an issue with your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

When submitting a reprint request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the affected product(s), when applicable

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Reprints are provided only when a verified production defect or shipping-related damage has occurred. Customer approval of artwork prior to production confirms acceptance of all design elements, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and layout. Errors present in an approved proof are not eligible for reprint or replacement.

Print & Production Variations

Printing is a manufacturing process, and minor variations may occur between orders. Slight differences in color, finish, texture, material, size, or print placement are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Due to differences in equipment, substrates, inks, production methods, and manufacturing batches, repeat orders may not match previous orders exactly.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these industry-standard variations. Such variations do not qualify for refunds, credits, or reprints unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present.

Magnet Use & Performance Disclaimer

Vehicle magnets are designed for temporary and removable use. OJ Clothing & Printing does not guarantee the lifespan, adhesion strength, or retention of magnets after they have been delivered.

Magnet performance may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Vehicle surface compatibility
  • Application and removal practices
  • Weather and environmental conditions
  • Vehicle condition and maintenance
  • Speed, wind exposure, and driving conditions

For best performance, magnets should be removed regularly, cleaned on both sides, and reapplied to a clean, flat steel surface. Magnets may not adhere properly to aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, textured, curved, waxed, or damaged surfaces.

By purchasing and using vehicle magnets, the customer acknowledges these limitations and assumes responsibility for proper installation and maintenance. OJ Clothing & Printing is not liable for magnets that become damaged, lost, detached, shifted, or fail due to improper use, incompatible surfaces, or environmental factors.

Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for magnet performance issues resulting from these conditions.
